Obtaining Diagnostic Report and Prescription

If the diagnostician determines that your child falls into the spectrum of Autism, a diagnostic report will be provided that details the extent of your child’s diagnosis. Once you have the diagnostic report, call your child’s pediatrician to request a prescription for ABA Therapy. The pediatrician will prescribe ABA Therapy at a weekly rate after review of the diagnostic report. Once a prescription is written, call your local ABA Therapy provider to schedule an initial consultation. Depending on the provider’s availability, it can take roughly one to three weeks to schedule an initial consultation. However, a consultation may be possible while you wait for a diagnostic report.
